The best by a wide margin. I've been on a condo board more than a decade in a challenging location built over Lake Washington in 1969. I’ve hired Evan in the past (water heater replacement, water supply line leak, a pin nail through a cold water line, and replacing old shutoff valves throughout the house) and always gotten high quality work and advice. Basically ask for his opinion and he will give you the reliable solution he would use in his own home rather than the most profitable solution.
Being without a kitchen for 4 months after a pipe break, I called ProMax and Evan answered the phone and immediately got me into his schedule which was the next day. Yay! He was friendly, efficient and got the job done. I cant recommend this business enough.
