High quality work! I’ve hired Evan in the past (water heater replacement, water supply line leak, a pin nail through a cold water line, and replacing old shutoff valves throughout the house) and always gotten high quality work and advice. Basically ask for his opinion and he will give you the reliable solution he would use in his own home rather than the most profitable solution.
